- What is your biggest fitness achievement? I ran the Ultimate Trails Lakeland 55km (which was actually 58km) in July 2017 and came 7th It was an incredibly difficult course, mentally very challenging, but the views were stunning. I ran this event before racing my first marathon in October…a bit backwards!
- If you could only do one sport for the rest of your life, what would it be? Running. If it were socially acceptable, I would run everywhere.

- What is your next big fitness challenge? For the first time ever, I’m taking a bit of a break and will re-assess my goals in January. However, long distance trail running is my calling and I will likely try to do a lot of the Coastal Trail Series in the spring next year.
- What is your favourite charity? I wouldn’t say I have a favourite, but I raised money for the British Red Cross UK Solidarity Funds this year for my Ultra, and last year it was Scope for a 70.3 ironman. I like to try and spread the love as much as I can.
- How would you distribute your lottery winnings? My family would get most of it. I owe them everything for helping me get where I am today.
