A very thorough assessment done very professionally. It put my mind at rest – the hard work starts now.

Clinic Ambassadors Clinch Medals All Over Europe

The past 3 months have been very active for our Clinic Ambassadors.  Following on from Corinne Abraham’s 3rd Place in Ironman Lanzarote, she has now been titled European Ironman Champion 2014 following her victory in Frankfurt on July 6th.  This has guaranteed her place at the World Ironman Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

Whilst Alice Hector continued with her spate of podium finishes with a 3rd at Ironman 70.3 Luxembourg and more recently a 1st place at the Bastion Full Distance Triathlon (ironman equivalent).

Ruth Holmes travelled with the British Orienteering squad to the picturesque city of Venice to compete in the World Orienteering Championships where she finished an excellent 51st in the world.

Then in May, Katie George Dunleavy competed in the road race at the UCI Para-cycling World Cup in Castiglione Della Pescala, Italy where she won bronze in the 30km time trial, a close 14 seconds behind New Zealand and then two days later won another bronze in a close sprint finish behind Spain and Great Britain in the 90km road race. Where will this girl stop…….. well, not yet as in July she won the Irish National Time trial Championships.

What great first half of the year for these guys.  For the clinic we get an immense satisfaction in being able to deliver these guys to the start line not just in one piece, but knowing that their bodies have been able to endure the vigourous training programme to get them there.
